However, if something isn’t as expected, we are committed to resolving it in a fair and transparent manner.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, and contents are intact
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been installed, used, modified, or altered
- There are signs of wear, damage, or improper handling
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
For compatibility or fitment concerns, we strongly recommend confirming details prior to purchase, as general exchanges may not be supported.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Payment gateway or transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective
- An incorrect item was shipped
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Torqen is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Important Considerations
- Wear and tear components (E.g. chains, sprockets, kits, brake pads, engine oils, etc.) once installed are not eligible for return
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not impact performance are not considered defects
- Products not performing as intended due to Incorrect installation or assembly or purely due to user issues.
